Cancellation & Refund Policy

DEVAPRASAD believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore maintains a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the terms below carefully.

Immediate Cancellations
Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Requests may not be entertained once the order has been communicated to the vendor/merchant and shipping has been initiated.

Perishable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be made if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified it at their end. This must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Product Not as Described
If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty Items
For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds approved by DEVAPRASAD will be processed within 1–2 business days to the end customer.
